4. List the current recommendations for susceptibility testing of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus species, Enterococcus species, and ESBL detection.
5. Cite recently released antimicrobial agents and their appropriate standards.

Take I-74E to the Sunman exit. Turn right onto SR 101. Travel about 6 miles to SR 48, turn left. Stay on SR 48 for about 15 miles. Hospital will be on the right.

From the South:

Take I-75 N. I-75N becomes I-75/I-71 N. Take the I-275 West/I-275 East exit, exit number 185, towards Greater Cincinnati Airport. Merge onto I-275nWest. Exit US 50 number 16 towards Greendale/Lawrenceburg/Aurora. Turn left onto US 50 (West). Travel about 2.5 miles and turn right onto IN 48. Travel about 2.5 miles up the hill. From the East:

Take I-75 South towards Cincinnati. Take I-275 exit, number 16 towards Columbus (I-71)/Indianapolis (I-74) Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto I-275 West.
