This is a film Kubrick had wanted to make for decades.
The film's budget is estimated to be $65 million.
Approximately 65 seconds of the film was digitally censored to receive an R
rating in the USA.
Released in the US on July 16th, 1999. European release in September.
The first Kubrick film to be released in the internet era and have a website
