If you decide that Prodigy Internet isn'tright
for you, you can cancel your account by calling our Customer Service representatives
at 1-800-213-0992; they're available from 9am to 9pm ET, Monday through
Friday. You can also cancel by sending us
an e-mail -- from your Prodigy Internet e-mail account -- to picancel@prodigy.net
. Please note
that we are unable to process e-mail
cancellation requests unless they come from your Prodigy Internet e-mail
account.
If you joined Prodigy Internet through a special
rebate promotion (such as one available at Best Buy stores), you must
call us in order to ensure proper handling of your request -- those
cancellations cannot be handled via e-mail.
