Feel free to test and use these pages. They are being designed especially for people who provide Internet Tech Help. They are in frame sets for easy navigation, broad index visibility, organization and to facilitate grabbing links and information with the minimum number of browser windows standing open and with the least fuss and bother.
    I currently open other peoples pages in my frames for purposes above, essentially ease of use. This is not an attempt to confuse or claim false ownership of those pages or content on them.
