About the Triangle Area Auburn Club

Welcome to the Triangle Area Auburn Club World Wide Web internet site. We are the official Auburn University Alumni Association club serving over 800 Auburn graduates and friends of Auburn living in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, and the surrounding areas. We're the second largest Auburn club outside the state of Alabama.

Since its formation in 1977, your club has contributed to both the scholarship fund at Auburn, and to the building of the new Alumni Center in Auburn (check out the Triangle Club plaque in the building when you visit). We hold an annual banquet with big name academic and athletic speakers from Auburn; we've had club picnics; we've sold Auburn souvenirs and club t-shirts; we've held raffles; we've participated in the "World's Largest Auburn Club Meetings"; we've participated in the "SEC tent" at the Brookhill Steeplechase; we developed and maintain this web site; and, we meet to watch every Auburn football game on TV. Most importantly, we promote Auburn University and the Auburn Alumni Association, as its local representative.

The purpose of this web site is to provide information about our club and its events, to provide information about Auburn University and the Auburn Alumni Association, to provide links to other internet sites of interest to Auburn alumni and fans, and to have a little fun.

Triangle Club Activities - 2001

Fall:

Club Dues

Triangle Area Auburn Club dues help offset the expenses incurred by the club, such as the cost of mailings of newsletters and event announcements (paper, printing, postage, labels, etc.), pay-per-view satellite TV games, and other expenses. The only monetary assistance the Triangle Area Auburn Club receives from the Auburn Alumni Association is the cost of one newsletter mailing per year.

Although you don't have to pay club dues to join in on the events, if you would like to contribute for the calendar year 2001, our dues are $15.00 per person, or $25.00 per couple/family (or more if you wish). Thanks for your support.

To pay 2001 dues, send a check payable to:

Triangle Area Auburn Club
4532 Drewbridge Way
Raleigh, NC 27604-6502

(Please write "2001 club dues" on the check.)

If you've already paid club dues for the calendar year 2001, we thank you very much for your support!
