NAME: (Last, First, and Maiden if applicable)

BATCH and AFG: (The two must correlate as valid)

EMAIL: as (user@domain) format.

ADDRESS: as we would appreciate the input and will add to our database. If you need us to mail you the file on a disk we shall.

ALTERNATIVELY: State why you need it IF YOU ARE NOT an AFMCite, and we shall definitely entertain your reason(s) and send you one.

This is from maybe over 25+ years ago in the early years of the AFMC hostel, where most of the below lived and grew up.

This is the South or Back Enterance, which was the one used by the freshers and the ones low on testesterone, at that time. This is now the Main Enterance of the entire Gent's Hostel.
