This is where your letter will reach, in this hmm.. about 200 year old stone barrack, which houses the Dean's Office.
The Armed Forces Medical College's Graduate wing, or the Medical School, is run by the Indian government and it's Armed Forces. It is usually reserved for the citizens if India, who wish to be trained to become a physician AND serve in one of the Armed Forces Branches of India.
