I just got back from Germany and France and had a wonderfull time to say
the least. Met with my best friends who kept me fed (cheese, bread, Kspatsiel,
cuscus, pretzels, and appel pie),
watered ( beir, wine, snapps,
champaign ). They also introduced me to new and super
people.Paul, Burnts, Christion, Christine, Andi K., Andi, Carmine,
Marcose ( MARK ), to mention only a few.
Bavaria is just
beautiful, and the Black Forest superb. The Germans do know how to relax,
drink beir ( to enjoy ) and be hospitable. Most friendly people. I can say
the same in France except there are fewer good beirs. I did not spend mush
time searching for this beverage when there is so much to be done with the
wines, and champaigns. Both countries have excellent cheese and they have
bread that we in america always try to duplicate but fall short competing:
the art vs. the lab synthetics
