A Pre-Paid Legal membership provides affordable legal services to protect your rights. The basic coverage in the plan is outlined below:

What's covered by the Provider Attorney?

Title I - Preventive Legal Services (For personal and business use)

Unlimited Toll -Free Telephone Consultations
Attorneys will make phone calls and write letters on your behalf
Contract/Document Review (up to ten pages)
Will preparation and updates

Title II - Motor Vehicle Legal Services

Minor legal Expenses for moving traffic violation representation.
Major Legal Expenses for defense of criminal charges resulting from operation of a moving vehicle. (not DUI or DRUGS)
Suspended license/ Personal injury/property damage collection.

Title III - Trial Defense

60 hours of assistance first membership year.
2nd year - 120 hours of assistance.

Title IV - I.R.S. Audit Legal Services

Up to 50 hours of professional services from your provider attorney to defray the cost of audit representation. Coverage includes the tax return filed this year.

Title V - Other Legal Work

25% discount on other legal services not covered by the membership. Based on Provider attorney standard hourly rate.

THE COMPANY

Pre-Paid Legal is a financially sound company. There was a sharp increase in net income to $3.7 million, or 26 cents per share reported Wednesday, March 7, 1995 for 1994 by Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc. The company produced 45,893 new membership contracts during 1994, up 37 percent from 33,541 contracts produced during 1993. Pre-Paid had 144,438 memberships in force at Dec. 31, up 8.5 percent from 133,121 memberships in force at the end of 1993. Harland C. Stonecipher, chairman and chief executive officer of Pre-Paid Legal, said the company is on the soundest financial footing in its history. "Our strong financial position, together with the higher level of new membership sales that are coming from the broadest base of marketing associates in many years, contributes to our confidence that we will achieve substantial increases in memberships sales and revenues during 1995 and beyond."
