Frank Lowery was an heir in his grandfather Abram Stansbury's estate in 1877. Listed in the 1900 census with the family of James D. McCoy in Leicester Precinct, Clay Co., Nebraska, age 38, unmarried. The obituary of Frank's sister, Harriet, in 1917 placed Frank in Grand Island, Nebraska.
