Notes:
In March of 1910, Thad made the trip to Coalinga, California to attend the 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration of R.J. and Martha Cheney. Thad travelled from Passaic, MO to attend the affair. He was late, not arriving until 10p.m. when the family was already at the Hotel for dinner. He at once proceeded to his sister and stated "I am Thad. I do not know you, but I will kiss you just the same" He had not seen his sister since 1856. (From the Daily Coalinga Times, March 9, 1910)
