A Blackwell Darnold was born in Virginia about 1806. He was # 100, 104 on the Dist # 2, Carroll County, Kentucky census taken August 2, 1850. Counld this be Clement's brother?

There is a Clement Darnold listed on the 1840 Henry County, Kentucky Federal Census on page 272. The schedule does not totally jibe with the dates given on the 1850 Census. There were 2 boys under 5, 2 between 6 and 10, and one before 11and 15. Darnold would be correct between 31 and 40. There were 2 females listed--one between 6 and 10, and one between 31 and 40.

Clement was listed on the Mill Creek Magt, Dist # 1, Carroll County, Kentucky census taken July 12, 1860 as being a farmer with $1,900.

On the Mill Creek Precinct, Carroll County, Kentucky census taken August 12, 1870, Clement had $2,800 in Real Estate and $1,300 in personal property. There were 2 girls living with Clement and Drusilla, Lizzie (Anna Elizabeth) and Luella both age 14. Luella was not on the 1860 census. Could she be a grandchild? Also listed was a male farmhand age 24 named Andreville - I'm not sure which son he is from the previous census.
