James Turner:
Notes:
James attended Junior and Senior High School in Coalinga, California. After graduation, he was employed by Boughan and Cunningham, a milk distributing company. In 1947, James and Ralph E Gilbert purchased the company, and renamed it Gilbert and Turner. They were distributors for Foremost products.
James was a sports car enthusiast, and was president of the Mid-Cal Sports Car Club of Fresno. He was at a rally in Wasco when he suddenly collapsed, and could not be revived.
