The 1880 census for Sonoma County, CA, listed Frank's profession as "at school".

The 1890 Great Register of Tulare County, California: page 18 has Frank living in Tipton.

Frank and Cora with Earl and Arvilla were living in the 12th Judicial Township of Kern County during the Federal census of 1900 for California. The census taken July 3rd, indicated that Frank was renting his farm and could read and write.

The 1920 Federal Census for Coalinga, Township 6, Fresno County, California listed Frank, 53, on sheet 6b, line 88. Frank owned his home and was proprietor of Cheney Bros. He was living with Cora, Arvilla and Eleanor.

Frank lived at 351 E Street during the 1930 Federal Census for Coalinga City, Fresno County, California. He was 63 and owned his home which he valued at $3,000. He also owned a radio, and listed himself as a trucking contractor. Frank was living with his wife Cora and daughter Eleanor. Eleanor was 17 and still in school.

In the "Bakersfield City Directory" 1931 Edition, Frank was listed as residing at 1003 Owens Street.

Buried at the Union Cemetery in Bakersfield, California.
