Hello:

This website was Established October 15, 1997 by Steve Dobson from love and dedication for Oksana Baiul.
I've never really been much of a FAN for anyone until Oksana won the Gold in 1994.

I also want to give many credits to other Oksana fan's such as Heather ?????, Janet Parker, and freeway109@aol.com  for encouraging me to build this site.  If I missed anyone please let me know.
