Here is a Potato Recipe that I developed which is good. You may enjoy having something a little bit different. Please let me know how you like the change.

DUTCH POTATO (filling) RECIPE

1. 6 LARGE POTATOES - COOKED PEELED

2. 1 MEDIUM/LARGE ONION CHOPPED

3. 2 CUPS BREADING MIX (STOVE TOP DRESSING)

4. 3 TABLE SPOONS PARSLEY FLAKES

5. ONE FOURTH CUP BUTTER (margarine)

6. 1 TEASPOON SALT

7. ONE HALF TEASPOON PEPPER

8. ONE HALF CUP MILK

9. ONE AND A HALF CUP WATER

10. ONE HALF CUP INSTANT POTATO FLAKES

Sauté the chopped onions with the butter. Whip the potatoes with the milk until smooth. Add the onion mixture to the potatoes. Mix the breading, instant potatoes and water together. Add the breading/potato mixture to the potatoes. Mix the parsley flakes and salt into the potatoes. Place the potato mixture into a baking dish and add a few dips of butter on the top. Bake in the oven 45 minutes at 375 degrees F. Makes a delightful difference to the potato menu.
